I start with children from ages 4 and follow a systematic schedule to develop musical abilities. My piano lessons focus on good body and hand position, reading notes and recognizing all musical symbols, rhythmic/pulse training, first sight reading, ear training. Later on we work on chord types, use of pedal,  systematic understanding of keys, transposing and sequenzing short melodies, training to hold the beat, complex rhythms, phrasing, etc..

Students learn step-by-step how to practice in an effective manner and how to structure their daily training. And last but not least: I always aim at developing skills but also have fun together!
